South Australia sit in third place in the 17 & Under Girls division
Queensland continue to dominate in the 17 & Under Girls division, whilst New South Wales Metro and South Australia keep their chances alive.
Ladder leaders Queensland entered their match against New South Wales (NSW) Country full of confidence. Katrina Dixon (23 runs) and Eliza Bennett (2/-2) were dominant in maroon as their side defeated NSW Country 135-86.
The second match of the morning saw New South Wales Metro defeat Victoria Blue 90-74. Kristen McCormack was prolific for the winners, taking 3/-7, whilst Katia Jomini (23 runs & 2/6) battled hard in defeat for Victoria Blue.
Taylah Lewis' 29 runs figures of 1/6 saw South Australia defeat Victoria White 91-139.
Following a heavy defeat to Queensland earlier this morning, New South Wales Country handed Victoria White their second hiding of the day. Anika Learoyd (30 runs & 2/1) and Hanna Faux (3/-6) led the way for New South Wales Country as the score finished 165-40.
In the highly anticipated match between Queensland and South Australia, a bowling masterclass from Shekinah Friske (4/-10) and Eliza Barnett (3/-2) saw Queensland to a convincing win, 136-69.
The ACT were outclassed in their single match of the day, as New South Wales Metro were victors by 23 runs, 101-78. Sarah Turner the star for Metro with figures of 2/-3.
